Overview: This position is responsible for building and maintaining replenishment and supply chain related relationships with specific customers and/or clients.
Candidates must demonstrate the ability to effectively influence key stakeholders to gain support for replenishment strategies to enhance product availability for Acosta clients at all levels.

Essential Functions:Establish and maintain a partnership with the Walmart/Sam’s Club replenishment manager and clients in the development of strategic plans for replenishment insights within the client/customer relationship.Work as integral part of assigned team assisting clients in presenting replenishment insights reviews to Walmart/Sam’s Club.Analyze DC/store level inventory and customer forecast to ensure In-Stock and OTIF objectives are met.
Gain alignment between customer and/or internal client stakeholders on sales forecast.
Provide clear indication of potential challenges or opportunities related to inventory and inventory pipeline.Archive and create infrastructure databases to support ongoing replenishment analysis for customers/clients.Communicate progress on key customer scorecard measures to clients with root cause and recommended action plans for improvement (In-stock, On Time, In Full, etc…)Update customer forecast and share detailed POS and Order Forecasts back to client stakeholdersSupport and develop tools that enable key customer requirements, such as OTIF, ASN quality, and Supplier Quality Excellence Program.Utilize and understand customer specific systems that include Walmart’s Retail Link(OTIF, SQEP, Decision Support, GRS and NOVA) which are used to generate supplier performance, replenishment insights, and recommendations.Participate with Walmart/Sam’s Club replenishment managers and clients in the design, implementation and evaluation of replenishment settings as neededIdentify current and potential in-stock and OSA opportunities and deploy solutions to protect clients from lost sales.Potential to be collated with client for 1-2 days per week.Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Education Requirements:High School Diploma/GEDBachelor’s Degree Work Experience Requirements:Must have 3-5 years’ experience with Walmart’s Retail Link and/or supply chain operations.
College degree or equivalent experience preferred.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:Must have prior work experience in data analysis and customer systems and demonstrate a fundamental knowledge of the technology involved to operate these systemsMust have a high degree of proficiency in Windows and related software applications including spreadsheets, word processing, e-mail, fax, and database management (Access)Must have a high degree of proficiency in Walmart systems such as Retail Link (CPFR, Decision Support, etc.) and GRSMust have a fundamental understanding of Walmart Stores, Inc.
