The classification of Supervisor Cargo Services includes managing, coordinating and controlling all aspects of a cargo operation overseeing all operational activities including the functions described below; monitors the quantity and quality of work performance; directing personnel within assigned functional area; overseeing and advising on staffing requirements; participating in the discipline, coaching, counseling, hiring and termination of subordinates; training subordinates, ensures compliance with Company rules and regulations, Company standards and contractual agreements; ensures budgetary controls and manning requirements. This position may include responsibility for communication between individual customers and the Company. Proactively monitors the work of assigned employees to ensure that customer satisfaction, safety, security, quality and employee relations meet or exceed standards. Maintain and control all required aspects of the operation in accordance with the corporate security program and TSA legislation. Ensure that the required company audit requirements are undertaken to ensure continuity and compliance at all times. Read, understand and clarify the implementation of the site specific security plan and ensure that all WFS staff are issued with a relevant company ID and that they are required to display this identity badge. Ensures they administer practices in a fair and equitable manner, where all employees, customers, vendors and other third parties are treated with respect.
