Assist Director and Property Managers with coordinating staff work, coordinating property management projects and contractors, project cost tracking and Summaries of all Off-Site properties, processing of project and maintenance vendor contracts, coordinating processing of vendor work requests and invoices for payment. Assist Director with Capital and Expense budget tracking and processes.

Required Experience
Required:
- Two (2) years of account management experience
- Two (2) years property Management experience in Medical Office Building setting
- LA City Fire Card within six months of employment
- High School Diploma or equivalent

- Associates degree or higher in Property Management or equivalent experience
