The planning and optimization group is the core of our organization, responsible for applying highly analytical and quantitative approaches to deliver campaign performance, taking financial risk, and assisting the Programmatic Solutions teams in managing client relationships.
Hearts & Science’s Supervisors are expected to employ and continually define the state of the art techniques in the online marketing industry through their deep understanding of digital technologies, a passion for using data to inform creative problem solving.
They must possess excellent active listening skills to understand client needs and translate those needs into campaign objectives.
Required experience:
Client management experience Understanding of the programmatic landscape and marketing platform capabilities Technical skillsets
– campaign management experience across multiple platforms (preferred platforms: DV360, Google Ads, TTD, Verizon DSP & Amazon) Trafficking video & display banners, rich media Creative troubleshooting Brand safety implementation through post & pre bid solutions Team management experience
– experience training and educating both junior employees and clients Strategic development for full funnel media Organization and project management to ensure momentum and accuracy across projects/deliverables Ability to build process docs to manage campaign pacing, trafficking requests, media plans, etc Experience with managing direct buys through IO transactions Experience managing billing across multiple platforms Experience managing team members across time zones Bachelor’s Degree
