Supervisor – Comm

What you will be doing:* Ensure that parking policies and procedures meet expectations and established standards, while maximizing profitability and minimizing financial exposure.* Participate in the hiring, training, coaching and counseling processes of team members to ensure performance standards are met.* Assist in the planning and directing of special event activities and staff performance.* Respond to and resolve guest and/or visitor complaints, vehicle claims, and service discrepancies.* Maintain continual communication with property management, customers, and guests.* Monitor production levels and performance to implement cost reduction initiatives, while supporting a spirit of cooperation among locations and departments.* Maintain a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing team members on the use of equipment and resources.What we are looking for:* 1-year supervisory experience required.* Prior parking experience preferred.* Possess excellent customer service skill* Demonstrate exceptional oral and written communication skills* Knowledge of and working skills in Microsoft Office Suite.* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment* Ability to work in a high-energy environment, handle multiple tasks, and work within time constraints.What you will receive in return:* The Company provides benefits, such as paid vacation, sick, holidays as well as various insurance plans customized to meet your personal needs, including a 401k plan.* The Company offers career development and upward mobility, you’ll be able to cultivate relationships, gain new experience and expertise to help you as you build your career.Ace Parking is an Affirmative Action Federal Contractor and Equal Opportunity Employer that encourages applicants who are Protected Veterans of The U.S.
