TIELLO has partnered with a highly successful Multifamily General Contractor in the Los Angeles Area on their search for a Superintendent (Multifamily) to work on Multifamily Type I Construction projects.
Job Title: Superintendent – Multifamily (5+ years)
Project Types: Multifamily, Affordable Housing, Type I, High Rise, Concrete
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to perform all typical Superintendent duties
- Oversee Active Jobsite
- Oversee Subcontractors and all work On-Site
- Ensure that Safety is kept at Utmost Importance
- Hold Meetings with Subcontractors to Ensure Schedule and daily work and deliveries are understood
- Keep the project on schedule
- Develop and maintain a good relationship with Owner, Architect, and Subcontractors
- Help to develop safety plans and implement safety procedures
- Maintain timely and accurate reporting to management
Skills & Qualification:
- 5+ years as Superintendent for a reputable Multifamily General Contractor(s).
- Multifamily, Ground-Up, Affordable Housing, High Rise, Type I, Concrete experience
