SENIOR SUPERINTENDENT – INDUSTRIAL – LOS ANGELES
The job of Senior Superintendent is with a client of mine, a highly reputable national General Contractor. They specialize in large square footage industrial projects. These include shopping malls, distribution centers, storage facilities, data centers, etc. The successful Senior Superintendent has the chance to learn, develop, and work on great construction projects in Los Angeles with a fantastic General Contractor. Due to the importance of this requirement, the General Contractor has asked me to help them identify and recruit top Senior Superintendents for their construction team.
To be suitable for this opportunity as a Senior Superintendent in the construction sector, you will need to have the following experience:
- 7+ years experience as Superintendent in the Construction industry
- Been responsible as the Superintendent to run a 100,000 square foot construction projects from concept to completion, tilt-up experience would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with Project Managers, Estimators, Sub- Contractors, Owners, Developers, Architects and other professionals in the construction industry.
