Job Details
Responsibilities:
Must be able to identify potential challenges/issues and safety concerns;
Develops and maintains the project schedule and updates
Ensures that all team members and subcontractors comply with jobsite protocols and safety protocols
Strictly enforces regulations to prevent incidents;
Participates in project kickoff, pre-construction, and construction meeting;
Works with the Project Manager to ensure the owner, architect and subcontractor team are all efficiently coordinated;
Completes all daily logs and reports as well as jobsite inspections.
Requirements:
5+ years experience as a GC Superintendent.
Experience with Hospitality, Mixed-use, multi-unit (apartments, assisted living, affordable housing, etc.)
Good work ethics and integrity
Great communication and organization skills
Experience with Microsoft Office and Scheduling software.
