Superintendent – Location: Los Angeles, CA
Job Description: To manage, oversee, and coordinate a day-to
– day operation of Construction.
This includes working with employees as well as Subcontractors, consultants, Government reps involved in construction, inspections and testing.
Coordinate the implementation of quality control and safety of workers in the project site.
Conduct weekly safety tool box meeting in the project and with government representative.
Schedule work ahead of time; maintain project documentation; prepare daily reports, and safety daily logs.
Coordinate daily with subcontractors, government representative, and vendors and supplier.
Required Experience
– Minimum 5
– years’ experience as a superintendent on construction projects.
– EM 385-1-1 Experience preferred.
– Good knowledge of Corps of Engineers Quality Control Program and Certification with the Corps of Engineers Quality Control Program.
– Ability to exercise independent judgment.
– Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, managerial, and communicative (written and oral) skills.
– Excellent supervisory, communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00
– $90,000.00 per year
