Job Description:
- Supply market analysis, solicitations, fact finding & source selection
- Management of Suppliers to meet all PO requirements including cost, schedule, quality, and DMS requirements as well as risk mitigation steps
- Management and reporting of major subcontracts to leadership teams
- Perform Cost/Price Analysis, develop negotiation strategies, lead negotiations
- Terms and Conditions Negotiations
- Statement of Work Evaluation
- Proposal fact-finding and analysis
- Award and execute contracts and contract modifications.
- Manage supplier performance and scorecards
- Experience with various program lifecycles (development, production, post-production)
- Has an active clearance or has the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
- Knowledge and experience with LEAN principles
- Experience Policies & Procedures
- PeopleSoft, Control (Cinco) experience.

- BS in Business or Supply Chain
- Experience managing major subcontracts in support of government program(s)
- Experience negotiating price as well as terms & conditions
- Contracting knowledge and experience
- Working knowledge of FAR/DFARs
- Advanced Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Experience with multiple subcontract types such as FFP, Cost-Plus type contracts, T&M, etc.
- Ability to work independently or as a team
- Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams
- Sig Sigma Certification
- PMP Certified
