Subcontracts Manager

Job Description:
Supply market analysis, solicitations, fact finding & source selection Management of Suppliers to meet all PO requirements including cost, schedule, quality, and DMS requirements as well as risk mitigation steps Management and reporting of major subcontracts to leadership teams Perform Cost/Price Analysis, develop negotiation strategies, lead negotiations Terms and Conditions Negotiations Statement of Work Evaluation Proposal fact-finding and analysis Award and execute contracts and contract modifications.

Manage supplier performance and scorecards Experience with various program lifecycles (development, production, post-production) Has an active clearance or has the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance Knowledge and experience with LEAN principles Experience Policies & Procedures PeopleSoft, Control (Cinco) experience.

Education and Experience Requirements:
BS in Business or Supply Chain Experience managing major subcontracts in support of government program(s) Experience negotiating price as well as terms & conditions Contracting knowledge and experience Working knowledge of FAR/DFARs Advanced Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good organizational and detail-oriented skills Experience with multiple subcontract types such as FFP, Cost-Plus type contracts, T&M, etc.

Ability to work independently or as a team Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams Sig Sigma Certification PMP Certified
