YouTube is changing the face of how we interact with each other and the world around us.As the Strategy and Operations Manager for YouTube Marketing Investment Strategy, you will manage a budget for a complex global business. You will surface new ways to analyze and optimize our investments across geographies, businesses, and teams. You will own our approach and process and work with teams to find opportunities to improve the return on our marketing dollars. You will work directly with cross-functional leaders and with Finance to institute new strategies, processes, and best practices. You will demonstrate excellence in thought leadership, business judgment, and analytical problem-solving.Know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two. And we approach marketing in a way that only Google can–changing the game, redefining the medium, making the user the priority, and ultimately, letting the technology speak for itself.* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.* 5 years of experience in consulting or in a strategy or operations role.* 1 year of experience supporting marketing function at a consumer/tech company.* Experience building collaborative relationships with a variety of teams and job functions with experience with product marketing.
