Responsibilities Individual will develop and maintain relationships with new and existing channel partners and accounts. Ability to understand and manage construction documents and related specifications. Individual will have experience in new construction, schedules and trade flow that would enable them develop strategies project needs. Ability to evaluate and develop and negotiate detailed proposals and scopes of work. Ability to present CTS’ value proposition and solution suite to partners, customers and prospects in a classroom setting. Ability to convey technical concepts services for specific applications. Address and resolve customer concerns in a collaborative solutions based manner. Develop customer leads and projects through cold calling. Develop a detailed sales plan and implement to achieve regional sales goals. Coordinate sales effort with operations engineering team members. Analyze the territorymarket’s potential, track sales and status reports. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. Continuously improve through feedback and development of skill sets. Qualifications Proven work experience as a Sales Representative. Excellent knowledge of MS Office Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs Relationship management skills and openness to feedback BSBA degree or equivalent PI137928642
