Will cover the Greater Dallas, Waco and Temple POSITION SUMMARY: The Strategic Account Manager is the relationship manager for our key customers, representing the full range of AccentCare products and services.

Key customers will be strategic, large, and/or highly visible organizations with significant AccentCare projects planned or underway.

This role is responsible for managing and growing the relationships within assigned key accounts to ensure long
– term profitability and growth.

M AIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Essential Functions of the Position): Promotes a high level of customer satisfaction Engages in regular face-to-face interactions within assigned accounts to establish executive credibility and relationships, while creating widespread support throughout customer organization Proactively assesses, clarifies, identifies and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating involvement with all necessary company resources Collaborates with team members assigned to customer accounts Takes ownership and escalates service issues; works closely with agency and clinical operations Responsible for understanding customers: organization, goals, structure, products and services Intimately understands customer environments and strategic priorities in order to build value propositions which drive continued repeat business to AccentCare Takes lead responsibilities during customer implementations with support from market development and clinical operations Maintains customer account plans, updating regularly Drives profitability by achieving sales volume targets and strategic objectives within assigned accounts Supports strategic account planning process with Market Development team Stays abreast of market changes and continually seeks strategic partnership opportunities Communicates, monitors and assures key performance metrics associated with assigned accounts Cross sells and develops new relationships with assigned accounts Monitors trends and risks of attrition within assigned accounts and takes appropriate action, escalating all relevant information Maintains extensive and ongoing knowledge of AccentCare products Performs special projects and other duties as assigned Complies with applicable legal requirements, standards, policies and procedures including, but not limited to the Compliance Program: Code of Conduct, HIPAA and Documentation Standards Maintains a commitment to the values and mission of AccentCare EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: Account Management Experience Required Service Sales Experience Required Healthcare experience and/or Clinical Background Required Candidates must possess a Bachelor&039;s degree or equivalent experience, minimum of 5 years sales experience SKILLS/ABILITIES: Ability to cultivate client loyalty Strategic consultative abilities Strong overall knowledge of post-acute environment Exceptional problem-solving skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to effectively present information, respond and follow up on questions and inquiries from customers Strong business development, negotiation, and influencing skills Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Ability to deal with changing priorities to complete tasks in a short period of time Ability to operate in a matrix reporting structure in a dynamic environment Exceptional organizational and time management skills A strong professional work ethic Motivated Self-starter
