MAIN JOB OBJECTIVE:
Ensure that store achieves annual sales plan through strategic planning and execution, efficient team management and maintaining operational excellence.
In addition, the Store Manager is responsible for driving retail sales by actively modeling expected selling behaviors, luxury guest experience and achieving personal sales goal.
Store managers are to draw on creativity and professionalism to promote the store while maintaining and increasing a return customer base.
Store Manager must be able to demonstrate LVMH core competencies.
REQUIRED:

2 to 5 years of Store Manager experience.
Luxury retail, Beauty experience
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong communication skills.
Creative and innovative thinking with strong initiative.
Experience developing/managing individuals and a team.
