Store Manager (Century City)

We are looking for a well diverse Store Manager to build and expand our brand in the city. The ideal candidate possess a passion for the fashion industry while driving business with an entrepreneurial mindset.

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Sourcing and hiring top candidates to further build the OAK+FORT team and retaining high performing staff
  • Onboarding new employees and ensuring they feel welcomed into a positive working environment
  • Training and developing new and existing staff on the OAK+FORT Sales Culture
  • Assessing and evaluating the store team to identify potential opportunities
  • Motivating and inspiring the team through relationship building and demonstrating leadership qualities
  • Providing exceptional client experience to customers by being a sales exemplar
  • Ensuring that all staff are adhering to the OAK+FORT Sales Culture and customer service expectations
  • Supporting Sales Associates with building relationships with existing and new customer
  • Resolving and responding appropriately to customer complaints and service opportunities
  • Understanding and educating our clients on OAK+FORT’s product features
  • Monitoring store inventory to ensure the right quantity of stock is on the sales floor
  • Ensure the team upholds OAK+FORT’s maintenance standards through proper display and presentation of merchandise in the store
  • Ensuring that shipment is received efficiently and placed on the floor in a timely manner
  • Completing all opening and closing duties such as ensuring sufficient cash-flow, handling deposit, and sending communication to Head Office
  • Ensuring the store is set up for efficient and optimal operations function
  • Managing and ensuring the smooth execution of inventory counts and audits
  • Floor managing and driving sales effectively through recognizing and seizing opportunities
