Southern Girl Desserts in Los Angeles, CA is looking for three store managers to join our 13 person strong team.
We are looking for Kitchen Managers, Customer Service Managers, and Safety Compliance Managers.
We are located on 3650 W Mlk Jr Blvd 100.
With a new location opening at 9950 S Laurel St Ste B in Watts Freedom Plaza.
Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and engaged.
Responsibilities
Train employees and monitor operations to ensure customers expectations are exceeded Staff and schedule appropriately to control labor costs Resolve conflicts that may arise from customers or employees in a professional manner Ensure appropriate inventory and ordering systems are in place
Qualifications
Proven experience as a store manager Strong organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize Must be familiar with all job positions
