ResponsibilitiesSteady is looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team!
In this role, the Project Manager will primarily focus on Cash Grant and Universal Basic Income (UBI) activities.Create, implement, and manage cash grant programs and Universal Basic Income programs with non-profit partners and/or government officialsDetermine and define project scope and objectivesPredict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient mannerTrack project costs in order to meet budgetDevelop and manage a detailed project timeline and work planWork with both internal and external stakeholdersCollaborate and work cross-functionally across multiple teams such as growth, engineering, customer success, and financeProvide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progressMonitor progress and make adjustments as neededMeasure project performance to identify areas for improvementSkills & Requirements3 6 years of project management and related experienceStrong familiarity with the concept of Universal Basic IncomeExperience running a form of cash grant program or universal basic income pilot not necessary but strongly preferredStrong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practicesExperience seeing projects through the full life cycleExcellent analytical skillsExcellent communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills and extremely resourcefulProven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timelineProven ability to solve problems creativelyBenefitsWe value our Steady Team Members and are committed to their success.
