Staffing Manager – Concessions

Location: STAPLES Center Los Angeles, CAAs a Staffing Concessions Manager with Levy, you will be responsible for leading your department in executing “The Levy Difference” through operations, financials and human resources.

Successful performance is measured by consistent delivery of balanced results through our systems, methods, and procedures from the perspective of our guests and partner.

You will be responsible for representing Levy and our Partners by communicating our philosophies and culture to all you meet.

It will be your responsibility to make all concessions staffing decisions in adherence with your Director of Operations/Assistant Director of Operations.Responsibilities Will Include but Not Limited to:* Oversee the staffing of non-profit groups, subcontractors and team members, supporting training of concessions team members on day-to-day operations and procedures; ensure proper staffing for all events.* Ensure concessions locations are set and ready for business prior to doors on the day of events, adjust to the business during events as needed.

Prepare various sales and operational reports as required; analyze product usage and make recommendations to improve.* Create, drive and accomplish strategic goals for the department through analysis, innovation, and analytics.* Maintain assigned areas for proper safety and sanitation compliance.* Create legendary experiences for the guests and clients; resolve service issues quickly and follow up as needed.Required Skills* Able to communicate effectively with management team, customers and team members* Must be experienced with computers: including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Outlook, E-mail and the Internet* Must employ sound accurate judgment and exhibit a high level of personal integrity* English reading, writing, math and computer skills required* Ability to work a flexible work schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays* Possible job hazards include, but are not limited to; slips, trips, falls, burns, cuts, and strains* Must be able to reach, lift, stoop, bend and perform extensive standing and walking (including stairs) throughout shiftLevy is an equal opportunity employer.
