This position is based in Denver, Colorado. Relocation is required.
The Staffing Manager oversees all aspects related to the staffing of all Peak Beverage Catering Events. The senior leader in this position is responsible for ensuring all Catering events are accurately staffed with fully trained and informed Bar Managers, Bartenders and Bar Backs. The team is comprised of approximately 150+ Bartenders and Bar Backs that will directly report to you, except during event execution, when they report to the bar manager on site and works directly with the Catering Operations Director to oversee the planning and execution of all events. This position plans and adjusts the staffing needs and timings to best accomplish the execution of the event with direct oversight of the hiring process including recruiting, interview process, onboarding, and ensuring team members have been trained to the appropriate skill level to execute events as contracted. This position oversees bar payroll and confirms that hours and tips are recorded accurately.
