Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent experience required. You are hands-on, comfortable dealing with ambiguity and a shifting landscape. You have experience program or project managing deliverables hosted on AWS or other cloud services at scale. Interfacing directly with the client and development team to ideate, prioritize and deliver frictionless customer experiences. Serving as the key point person to ensure that problems are identified and addressed early. Engaging in project estimations and reporting on project performance, budget, and delivery. Continuously evaluating opportunities to improve unit economics and effectively manage costs. Strong technical background 10+ years of experience program or project managing cloud services products and driving and managing the technical dependencies critical to their delivery. 10+ years of experience on teams that have successfully delivered large-scale, secure, and resilient cloud services, preferably as part of a successful platform migration andor v1.0 initiative. Experience with SAAS product development concepts. Strong stakeholder management skills. Strong Agile development skills that have served as the pillar for a history of successful project delivery. Bonus points for experience with SAFe. Ability to expertly plan a development sprints using communication tools such as JIRA, Slack, Confluence, and MS Project. Solid understanding (after onboarding and ramp-uptraining) of the Shell Greenlots software development lifecycle (SDLC).
