Overview
We are looking for a driven Sr.
Technical Product Manager to join our Data Management and Business Intelligence Team!
In this role you will partner with our Customer Lifecycle Marketing, Customer Data, Data Management and Business Intelligence teams to develop a customer centric data platform to support customer lifecycle analytics, customer attribution, machine learning training datasets, and integration with the customer data service.
As a key member of our 30+ member Data Management and Business Intelligence team, you will be an important link to our business and technical stakeholders whom you will work closely with to define the product roadmap and specify requirements.

you will be working with a talented group of data engineers, analysts, and other product managers to deliver a roadmap that you craft in support of our business strategy.

You are someone the business owners will love because you understand how to break apart something very complex into logical, understandable, and sequenced parts of a roadmap and gain buy-in as needed.
You are very comfortable in highly ambiguous situations where you need to be the one to drive progress with little structure and guidance.
You understand how to translate business needs into technical designs and engage in discussions with data engineers and analysts to define a solution that manages complexity but achieves the business objectives.
Comfortable bending between the tactical and strategic.

Qualifications
Technical Product Management experience, with solid experience building analytic environments in the financial services industry (FinTech, credit union, etc.).
Customer data platform experience is a plus.
Typically requires a minimum 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or a Master’s degree with an equivalent combination of education and experience.
4 years Experience with business intelligence, analytics, and the data management lifecycle Experience working with business executives from many disciplines (marketing, compliance, risk, operations, fraud, technology, business intelligence, finance, training, legal) to understand the need, define features, and prioritize and manage scope to operate in an iterative agile delivery framework.
Experience supporting a multi-national workforce.
Working knowledge SQL Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, or equivalent degree or experience
