Job Description Square has an exciting and unique career opportunity for a Senior Indirect Sourcing Analyst to support the continued development and rollout of Square’s Global Procurement function.

This role will focus on Strategic Sourcing and Vendor Management for the Technology category of spend.

You Will Project tasks may include market research, cost modeling, data collection, RFx and negotiation strategy development, RFx drafting and management, supplier communications, supplier performance management, contract review Build relationships with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and needs Manage and support the capturing of business’ requirements for RFx events and other vendor reviews Provide support to business stakeholder’s vendor evaluations through qualitative and quantitative analysis Review and negotiate contracts with suppliers Collaborate cross functionally with Legal, InfoSec, Privacy, Finance, IT, Compliance, etc.

to help ensure new and existing vendors adhere to relevant requirements in these areas Collaborate with and help support Third Party Risk Management with initial review and ongoing monitoring of existing suppliers Assist in the execution of projects that may include objectives for savings, process development or improvement, supplier consolidation, vendor risk management, metrics tracking, etc.

Qualifications Minimum 2-4 years in a Sourcing/Procurement role or other relevant experience, with at least 1 year of Sourcing Prior experience supporting the Technology category of spend BA/BS in Business, Economics, or Engineering Strong communication skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast paced environment Capable of prioritizing and managing multiple engagements Effective analytical and creative problem solving skills using data and facts to drive resolutions and make recommendations Experience using ERP systems A passion to evangelize the vendor lifecycle Experience working in FinTech (nice to have) Additional Information At Square, we value diversity and always treat all employees and job applicants based on merit, qualifications, competence, and talent.
