Role Overview As an experienced Analyst you will bring your expertise for identifying an organization’s needs, break them down into functional requirements. You will work with the team to craft solutions that support business requirements, drive key business decisions, and solve business problems. You will be part of a team implementing and supporting SAP VMS S/4HANA Responsibilities Provide strategic support involving configuration, creation and refinement of complex data models, external integration, business process automation, and other custom functionality. Build lasting relationships through day-to-day interactions with key Business Partners and team. Participates in requirements gathering, design workshops to understand applications’ functionality and support requirements. Evaluate new releases of SAP VMS S/4HANA to determine functionality requirements and provide detailed information on how changes will apply to all affected departments/users Gather, refine and document user stories and acceptance criteria. Participate in solution design and testing activities as needed. Other projects or duties as assigned. Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience Bachelor’s degree. Minimum 8 years of SAP VMS experience. At least 2 end to end SAP VMS implementations Preferred Attributes/ Competencies Minimum of 5 years’ experience in SAP including a minimum of 1 E2E implementing SAP VMS (Vehicle Management System) worked in below areas: Vehicle master data Vehicle pricing/ purchase master record Vehicle manager Variant configuration Vehicle sales order processing Vehicle delivery processing Vehicle billing and invoicing controlling Vehicle action/ status Vccounts payable/ receivables VMS interfaces to S/4/ HANA SAP SD and SAP MM Experience SAP VMS Enhancements Experience SAP Automotive Dealer Portal experience Automotive and S/4HANA experience is a plus Experience in conducting and gathering Business Requirements through Business Blueprint workshop. Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills to deal with a variety of stakeholders and end users. Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills in MS PowerPoint and Visio Be able to communicate effectively with team on issues, new requirements. Conduct testing sessions with business users and provide feedback to the delivery team. Strong understanding of SAP best practices and functionality. Proven ability to successfully drive projects to completion. A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements. SAP certification(s) is a plus. Expected salary is $83,160.00 – $231,660.00 a year. Additional compensation: Salary is one part of total compensation which includes bonuses, equity awards as applicable, and benefits. An employee is eligible to participate in Fisker’s equity program, subject to the rules governing such programs. The salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity as well as business considerations.
