project manager to be responsible for engineering and technical disciplines for specific functions of the tool development.

You will be responsible for several key deliverables of hardware and software to the e-Beam products.As a member of the design and engineering (D&E) community, you will help lead a team of highly skilled project leaders (PLs) tasked to schedule, plan, forecast, resource, and manage all technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.This position may require access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R.

§ 730, et seq.).

Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work.

Business demands may require the Company to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.Job DescriptionPrepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects related to E-beam SEM and/or Platform developmentCoach project managers (PLs) responsible for related projects the ASML way of working and processes in a practical wayMust be flexible and able to recognize and adapt processes where appropriate for HMIs unique situation and not simply follow standard processConvey your detailed knowledge of ASML project management methodologies, PGP, TAP, etc to the HMI PM communityImpart KT from your experience on what it means to deliver a function and how to bring the HW and SW teams together to fulfill complete system integration requirementsRepresent multiple D&E projects towards program management in product team meetings and consolidate a D&E aligned message toward Program and other sectorsAlign with cross-projects and cross-sectors on regular basis to ensure on time deliverables and adherence to ASML means and methodsPerform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project statusAble to establish a solid baseline plan on D&E deliverables and adapt to changes either to scope, timing and resources and feedback the impact to upper managementDelegate tasks to TLs, module owners, architects, cross sector Project Leaders and reflect the updates in project plansCooperate and communicate effectively with program management and other project participants to provide assistance and technical supportRespond to requests for changes with impact assessment and secure program agreements before accepting changesWork with architects to define the project scope, assess and address technical risk, and create required budget aligned with TAP (Target Annual Plan)EducationMaster’s degree or equivalent experience in an engineering or related field.ExperienceMinimum 5 years of relevant, project management work experienceExperienced in ASML PGP process for large and small scoped productsDemonstrated experience with new product introductionExperienced in leading complex hardware development projectsExperienced in managing suppliers preferredPersonal skillsAbility to work with multiple discipline projects in a global environmentMust have excellent commitment and multi-tasking skillsStrong interpersonal skillsMentoring and coachingRecognizes contribution of individual team membersIs able to lead collaborative problem solving session with design engineersAble to “lead”, not just, “manage” a teamStrong ability to “Influence without power”Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal requiredExcellent presentation skillsProven ability to perform effectively in a demanding environment with changing workloads.Result driven
