Sr. Manager, Worldwide Sales

This position will be responsible for leading the development of a full partnership with regions, working with Sales Heads to build and deploy sales initiatives aimed to drive Distributor Success through daily consumption, retention, and profitability.

This position will lead the understanding of local business to identify best practices and key sales strategies to share across regions and develop in-depth business cases.

In addition to, this position will research and develop their own business cases for executive management presentations and sharing.

This position requires a strong business flow understanding, field experience and metrics analysis.

This position will also lead an ongoing effort of supporting the Regional Sales team role through key tools and trainings that align with the corporate/regional/market strategy (i.e.

What if Scenarios & Dashboards, Business Behavior Analysis, E-learning trainings, Promotion Strategies, Nutrition Club Strategy, Bizworks and Metrics).

This position will develop and coordinate the world wide virtual sales team summit where business cases are shared from markets around the world to incite innovation and new strategy implementation with post event analytics.

This position will travel 40% of the time and will work with regional leads and regional sales team from around the world 80% of the time.

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
Leads understanding of key market strategies and their business impact of key markets around the world.

Leads Crucial Conversations with Regional Sales Heads to develop and support Regional Sales role through key tools and trainings that align with the market’s strategy.

Builds effective relationships with high performing Distributors around the world in order to understand their business and develop in-depth business cases to share and create business growth across other markets.

Leads and coordinates the Regional Sales Summit from business case development to presentation for collaboration facilitation.

Manages and supports the development of the Field Sales Share point as the main platform for best practice sharing worldwide and leads engagement strategy of share point and Regional Sales Team chat.

Revamp the E-Learning strategy & content with Regional Sales Teams & Human Resources Teams from key regions & sub regions to customize for market implementation.

Effectively Manages the Budget to perform key Business Trips and coordinates Creative Services Design Budget & 3rd Party Agencies to develop materials to support the Regional Sales Team Role.

Interacts with all levels of the organization in an open cross functional environment, including Distributors & Senior Management, outside vendors & service providers.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

High Proficiency in Executive Story Telling, Agreements Emails, Excel Analysis, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Experience:
8 years of demonstrated experience in a Sales Training, Sales/Marketing or Customer Service position.

Experience as a field
– Herbalife Regional Sales Team member.

Field experience includes Profitability analysis, Training Content, Organizations Structure understanding, Sales Team Role understanding, Leadership 1:1 session in multiple markets/regions in order to understand the differences of the business flow and opportunities for development.

demonstrated experience on training the Herbalife Marketing Plan and deep understanding of Herbalife philosophy, organizational structure, products, marketing plan and business flow.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management or related field.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bilingual (perfectly speaks English and secondary language).
