We’re looking for a Global Brand Strategy manager to join Snap Inc!
As a member of the Global Brand Strategy team, you will oversee the conception, planning and execution of experiential marketing activations as well as bringing the Snap brand to life in various executions.
You’ll collaborate with a wide-array of internal teams as well as external partners to produce client-facing events, projects and experiences.
What you’ll do:

Work with the team to ideate, conceptualize and execute Snap’s signature brand experiences, the company’s presence at industry-wide events, as well as communicate Snap’s culture and values through internal, recruiting and DEI events

Conceptualize and carry out imaginative virtual experiences for a variety of stakeholders and clients

Coordinate, operationalize and execute complex projects on a global scale

Think outside of the box to bring Snapchat to life, spark interest and creativity

Develop and manage comprehensive project timelines and budgets to support all initiatives

Work cross-functionally with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, driving projects across teams and time zones, and managing vendors

Partner closely with the Sales, Product, Partnerships, Marketing and Executive teams to help accomplish their strategic goals and generate revenue
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Superior interpersonal skills to work with internal and external stakeholders

Ability to handle ambiguity, in a complex project environment

Fluent in Google Applications, Apple Applications, and Microsoft Office Suite

Analytical and creative mindset

Extremely detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills

Exceptional negotiation skills and understanding of contractual agreements with vendors and venues

Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance, and to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Communicate to executive teams and the broader company
Minimum Qualifications:
-
BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
-
10+ years of high-performance work experience, including experience with event planning
-
Experience managing teams
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Experience in the creative, tech or media industries
-
Experience in managing company-wide global initiatives
-
A passion for Snapchat and creativity
