The FBP is the main point of contact between the brand and the franchisees, and is responsible to support franchisees for anything related to their restaurant business including operations and profitability.

The FBP works with the franchisees to help them grow a valuable, successful business.

In partnership, they work to understand areas of opportunities in sales, traffic, operations, profitability, restaurant image, and growth and help identify improvement plans and recommendations to be able to drive results.n nThe FBP reports directly to the General Manager, Popeyes®, US West.

The FBP will spend time with franchisees and their above restaurant leaders in market and in restaurants, developing deep knowledge of the franchisees’ business and action planning alongside them to increase the success of their businesses and a positive presence of the Popeyes® brand.

The FBP will support investment-oriented aspects of the franchisees’ business, including development, growth, remodeling, and equipment investments.n n Roles and Responsibilities:n n Leads the progress of the Popeyes® brand in the territory Responsible for developing deep understanding of the franchisees’ businesses and markets, and genuine relationships with franchisees Serves as the brand and company’s point of contact for all items related to franchisees and the market for operations, profitability, and growth Responsible for contributing to the improvement of the guest experience in Popeyes® restaurants in the market, as measured by operations metrics including Guest Satisfaction, Complaint Ratios and Speed of Service Responsible for partnering with franchisees on profitability and their restaurant and business-level P&L Responsible for supporting local marketing initiatives Works with internal partners (operations, finance, marketing, and development) to implement business initiatives that drive business growth n Required Skills:n n Bachelor’s degree in business or related field Knowledge of and experience with franchise businesses, operations, marketing, and development 5+ years of QSR, restaurant, retail, food & beverage, or similar industry expertise to accurately and credibly provide guidance to franchisees and their employees to help make their businesses more successful Understanding of the restaurant P&L, including levers to pull and how to drive restaurant profitability Strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain franchisee relationships and influence behavior Skilled in in problem solving Investment/financial competency to understand how to think about return on investment of capital put into new restaurants, remodels, and equipment to drive productive business planning conversations Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) n Restaurant Brands International and all of its affiliated companies (collectively, RBI) are equal opportunity and affirmative action employers that do not discriminate on the basis of race, national origin, religion, age, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by local, state, provincial or federal laws, rules, or regulations.
