The Sr. Director of Testing & Analytics will focus on driving digital Commerce and expanding digital capabilities which will position DIRECTV for incremental growth by increasing sales conversion rate in the lowest-cost sales channel and improving the customer purchase experience.
This strategic leader will drive efficiency when acquiring customers and drive improvements in enabling existing customers to start with digital as well as complete all tasks in the digital environment, thereby avoiding costly calls to a service call center. What are some ways this will be accomplished?
Here’s what you’ll do:
Lead business stewardship testing various eCommerce website elements such as design, specifications, functionalities, pages, and features of our acquisition and existing customer capabilities, and the operational responsibilities (performance measurement, analysis to support-prioritization, etc.) across the digital organization including DAP, Distributed Commerce, Online Acquisition, and existing customer interactions.
Here’s what you’ll need:
- 7+ years of experience as a successful leader in a fast moving, entrepreneurial, direct-to-consumer business.
- Demonstrated history of high achievement thru education, leadership position(s) and other significant achievements.
- Excellent analytical skills and desire to work in a fast-paced environment driven by data and creative excellence
- Excellent organization and planning skills with ability to multi-task.
- Self-directed, results-oriented individual who can independently handle multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical makes data-driven decisions while establishing effective metrics that drive results and optimize on technology stack
- Intellectually Agile able to think deeply and qualitatively about strategy and vision
