*We are looking for an experienced strategic Senior Business Development Manager – Marketing Growth Strategy with proven experience in accelerating business growth.
*Reporting to the Sr. Director of Marketing and Business Development, you will work with senior leaders across the business to drive business and strategic acquisition growth plans.
*This is a highly strategic and visible role within the company responsible for the research, development, presentation and execution of business growth plans to deliver long-term profitable growth.
Required:
*Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred
*7+ years of relevant work experience in brand management, brand strategy/development, business development, growth management, corporate strategy, VC/PE; CPG industry is a plus
*Proven capacity in brand development, strategy development, business planning, business assessment and diligence of an acquisition target or business category, and making recommendations that fit strategic requirements and increase shareholder value
*Passion for growth and ability to influence and motivate others in the achievement of the vision.

*Able to balance risk taking with informed judgement.
