As a Project Manager you will work with stakeholders, development teams in addition to external development resources to successfully implement the organization’s long-term goals and objectives.

Primary Duties & ResponsibilitiesReporting to the VP of Marketing, you will be responsible for five to seven business unit strategic initiatives and key projects.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to align on objectives, requirements and schedule and then work with the internal and external development teams to build an execution plan to launch each project.

You will be responsible to do what is necessary to ensure deliverables are met, risks are mitigated, detours are managed, and stakeholders are aligned and informed along the way.(%) Oversee and lead projects with cross functional teams, working towards the common goal of implementing strategic initiatives and projects with focus on revenue growth(%) Serve as Project Manager on strategic initiatives reporting out monthly progress to HHI Leadership team, facilitating key decisions needed, and debriefing project teams on go forward actions(%) Work as the main liaison between SPB and HHI Leadership and the various project teams within HHI(%) Create and execute project plans that are aligned with stakeholders, identify risks with mitigation plans with keen focus on excellent execution and on-time delivery(%) Ensure each project is on track based on its deliverables, budget and schedule with a regular cadence to review status and follow-through on risk areas.(%) Address roadblocks, conflicts, requirement changes and priorities with the appropriate stakeholdersUtilizes Microsoft Project or equivalent software to manage all phases of semi-complex to complex projects.Education and Experience ProfileBachelor’s degree in business or technical fieldMBA preferred3-5 years business experience3+ years in a strategy driven rolePMP – Project Management Certification PreferredExcellent interpersonal skills, ability to work cross functionally and thrive in a team-based environment Required SkillsBoundarylessness Works in the best interests of all within and across functions, levels.
