Job Summary:

The Specialty Accounts Case Manager will support requests for Clinical, Training and Innovation (CTI), distributors, and consignment business to ensure that materials are dispositioned properly in the system and adjust distributor bookings so that commissions flow to the correct sales executives. This position is primarily responsible for maintaining proper material ownership in SAP as well as booking corrections to account for distributor sales.
Essential Functions:

  1. Processes donation orders, returns, replacements, repairs and OR1 orders for CTI facilities.
  2. Creates new accounts for CTI facilities and ship-to addresses under KARL STORZ distributors.
  3. Ensures no duplicate customers are created by reviewing all new requests and comparing existing customers prior to creating any new customer under distribution partners; extend existing customers as applicable.
  4. Works closely with the Pricing Office, Operations Accounting, Contract Team, Corporate Accounts, and the CTI team, in addition to departments with ad hoc requests.
  5. Reviews and fulfills consignment agreements.
  6. Creates ad hoc reports and analysis from transaction data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  7. Retrieves distributor tracing reports and generate work packages for bookings and commissions adjustments; uploads tracing, material claims
  8. Reviews automatically created credits and debits as required for bookings and commissions adjustments.

Qualifications:

  1. A minimum education level of a High School Diploma or some college units.
  2. 2+ years Customer Data experience required and/or experience working with master data and SAP MM applications.
  3. 5+ years of combined experience in a customer service or service support role.
  4. Strong attention to detail.
  5. Time management; ability to work well under deadlines, ability to work in a multi-tasking production environment to make good judgments about competing priorities.
  6. Analytical proficiency related to management of specialty customer accounts.
  7. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  8. Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications.
  9. Flexibility, high quality standards and strong sense of responsibility.
  10. Possesses good critical thinking skills.
  11. Viewed as a ‘resource’ amongst peers.
  12. Understanding of KSEA resources and excellent problem solving skills are required.
