Solutions Consultant

The Solutions Consultant is a support position for 12 Oaks Solutions, a consulting division of 12 Oaks Senior Living.

A Consultant may support a 12 Oaks managed senior living community in operational aspects including sales and resident care.

Additionally, this employee may assist 12 Oaks Senior Living with special projects as assigned.

Understand and support the organization s mission, vision, strategy, culture, goals, and objectives Assist with training of Department Directors as requested May assist with the evaluation of the staff of each community in regard to sales and operations expertise May assist with training that gives a staff member skills and guidance to provide the highest level of service to residents May assist Regional Vice Presidents with annual budgets May conduct quarterly meetings with Department Directors to keep them apprised of Best Practices and trends in the industry May assist with temporarily filling an Executive Director or Leasing Director as requested May assist with training and the development of Quarterly Marketing Plans May assist with Bi-Weekly Sales calls May assist with Monthly Marketing Event Plan calls May assist with evaluating market conditions with each Executive Director to determine unit prices in accordance with the market May assist Regional Vice President with property visits as deemed necessary to maximize the performance of the asset May assist Regional Vice President with due diligence of new assets Demonstrates customer service skills by treating residents, coworkers, supervisors, vendors, owners with respect, answering questions in a calm, professional, respectful manner and responds sensitively to concerns/complaints and exhibits a high sense of urgency Personal appearance must be clean and neat at all times, according to policy May assist the Regional Vice President with training and development of subordinates by providing on-the-job training and scheduled company training The Consultant role reports to the 12 Oaks Solutions Manager who assigns work based upon approved proposals.

The approved proposal work load may include specific responsibilities, priorities, and deadlines.
