Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 4 in the Southern California Southbay area. The General Manager will have full financial responsibility for this account where we will provide dining services to include resident dining, retail, and catering. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader who has been successful in developing relationships, driving business, leading teams and influencing customers. The successful candidate will:have oversight of day-to-day operations; deliver high quality food service; achieve companyand client financial targets and goals; develop and maintain client and customer relationships; lead and develop team membersdevelop strategic plans for continued revenue growth and student satisfactioncreate a positive environment; and/orensure Sodexo standards are met.Is this opportunity right for you?
