Social Media Supervisor – Remote – Los Angeles

Interdependence is seeking a Social Media Supervisor to spearhead a best-in-class social media content strategy for multiple clients across channels. You will be responsible for executing tactics to drive key KPIs for engagement and account health & growth. We are looking for someone who can be a vocal and engaged leader on their client accounts and their functional teams. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with expert knowledge of the digital space who proactively brings new ideas to the table.

Key Responsibilities

Driving overall social media strategy for a variety of clients that bring strong results and meet goals

Ideating and executing engaging social media activations and developing innovative content that breaks through the noise in the form of photos, videos, and writing

Effectively communicating with the internal Social Media and PR teams

Assigning tasks and responsibilities to your team and being a resource for them

Maintaining strong communication with clients to ensure they remain satisfied and in-the-know

Monitoring and engaging in brand-related conversations across platforms and responding to messages and comments on social pages for effective community management

Reviewing the social dashboard with regular reporting metrics, analytics, and insights to visualize social media campaign results

Analytical ability to extract and apply insight/actions from data to campaigns

Presenting recommendations/ideas and educating on latest trends, best practices, and technologies to client and internal team

Prioritizing and managing tasks and ad-hoc requests to ensure they are executed on time

Establishing oneself as an expert within their functional department and client team

Identifying ways to improve team efficiency and effectiveness

Bringing new proactive ideas to help meet client goals and grow business

Effectively managing and developing junior team members (mentoring, training)

Desired Qualifications

3+ years of work experience in social media / digital marketing

Agency / client-facing experience for B2B and B2C clients

Experience overseeing and managing a team

Strong organizational skills that allow for the ability to balance multiple projects at a time

Strong attention to detail and a sharp eye for mapping out social feeds that feel unique to each brand

Tech-savvy, strategic thinker that can define goals and offer insightful recommendations

Experience with social media data analytics & publishing tools

A strong communicator who is a pleasure to work with and a team player!

Ideal If You Have

Graphic design skills / experience with editing tools for content creation

Experience with paid social ad campaigns / digital marketing campaigns
