Social Media Manager

What we’re looking for

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to help build and engage our audience across all social platforms.

Our ideal hire will have experience managing a large social presence.

In this role, you will manage a content calendar, plan and execute social assets with our creative agency partner, and report on key metrics.

You will also be responsible for engagement on social platforms, maintaining and crafting our smart and sassy brand voice.

Responsibilities
Maintain a content calendar for all social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter) Build brand voice, motifs, and convey mission on all social platforms Engage with users across all platforms Manage tight deadlines and short turnaround times in a fast growing startup environment Monitor and analyze content performance and social sentiment, using data tools and insights to inform decisions Create weekly key metric reports to share with team Stay on top of the latest cultural happenings, memes, and new features across platforms

Qualifications
3+ years of social media experience for a big brand, personality, or agency Proven experience hitting key organic social metrics A person who loves to problem solve Appreciation for social media and meme culture

It’s a bonus if you
Are based on the West Coast, we are preferential to someone in the PST timezone Love the idea about helping people unlock the ability to build their credit history like never before Have a sense of humor

Compensation
