Social Media/ Digital Marketing Manager

Lucy in the Sky is seeking a creative and resourceful Social Media Marketing Manager to aid in the planning and management of the brand’s social media channels and markteing strategy.

This will include daily management of channel operations such as content planning, collaborating with members of creative content team(s), and community engagement.

With a big picture overview of the company’s goals, this role will be responsible for delivering innovative plans that result in increased engagement, acquisition, and conversion.

Role Overview: Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Social Media Marketing Manager is responsible for the strategy, creation, administering content and execution of the brands’ social media channels to build and audience and ensure customer engagement.

They will also monitor site metrics, respond to reader comments and add valuable input in the creative design.

Responsibilities:
· Lead the social media strategy and planning of the social media intiatives and goals
· Stays up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
· Measure the success of every social media campaign
· Responsible for managing the brand’s social media presence across the various platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok
· Oversees content strategy and creation with respect to product and overall branding
· Work closely with the Communications, Marketing, and Creative teams to coordinate the creation of social content in-house
· Analyze data and compile weekly/monthly reports including: engagement, community growth, ecommerce statistic, customer acquisition, etc.

· Stays on the cutting edge of industry trends, new platforms and best practices
· Work with C-suite personnel on influencer gifting strategies (paid, organic, exclusive collaboratios, etc.)
· Oversees digital influencer campaigns including contracts, negotiations and project management
· Proactively monitor and track online and social media posts from influencers and bloggers Skills & Qualifications:
· 3-5 years digital marketing experience with a focus on social media
· Passion for social media, content creation, and storytelling
· Experience leading the creation and implement social media content
· Proven demonstration of exceptional creative/innovative thinking
· Project management skills with ability to multi-task
