Social Media and Digital Marketing Manager

Social Media and Digital Marketing Manager with the objective to establish a cohesive social blueprint for all projects and campaigns relating to A-list talent and their businesses. Candidate will oversee content pertaining to talent’s Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and other platforms as discussed.

An ideal candidate is expected to drive community engagement, execute social media campaigns, and produce viral-worthy content. They will oversee all aspects of talent’s social media, including content programming, implementing trends, platform discovery, creative direction, copywriting, partnership management, and brand(s) promotion. This is someone that can master talent’s day to day voice and brand, and also guide talent on capturing organic content. A plus if the candidate is bilingual and has past experience with talent.

This will include working with internal and external teams to align on processes, workflow, and news/campaigns in order to effectively integrate the overarching strategy into the social calendar.

Role Expectations

  • Social programming (calendarizing, partnerships, brand promotion, campaigns/news)
  • Light community management
  • Establish goals & KPIs per campaign
  • Original and organic content creation across platforms
  • Oversee day-to-day operations: launches, special projects, shoots, community, etc.
  • Understand and optimize latest tech-updates and features i.e. TikTok, IG Reels, etc.
  • Write, publish as needed
  • Editing and graphics savvy
  • Develop / oversee a multi-medium digital strategy that will impact sales, increase impressions, and optimize growth.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
