Skydance Media is seeking a Social Media and Digital Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team.
This position will report directly into the VP of Marketing and work closely with the Creative Director.
This is a fast-faceted, multi-faceted position that requires creativity, improvisation, organization, and communication at a high level.
Duties include, and are not limited to:* Develop digital strategy, execute creative and social campaigns and handle day-to-day operations that support all Skydance brand divisions, including new theatrical and series releases.* Build content calendars that include social copywriting and content creation* Social campaigns for multiple profiles within Facebook, YouTube.
Twitter, Instagram and Tumblr, along with other emerging social platforms (Snapchat, TikTok, et al)* Creative production and creative vendor management for social media and website development* On-site management of digital & social activities at events such as premieres, screenings and junkets.* Identify key trends, tools and technologies to incorporate into campaigns* Establish key performance metrics and provide regular progress reports and sentiment analysis* Lead website updates and website metrics* Own internal communications, including company newsletter* Manage paid social Requirements:* 4+ years’ relevant entertainment marketing experience* Outstanding communication skills, written and oral.* Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite and Keynote is preferred* Candidate must demonstrate strong working knowledge & emerging media and new technology platforms.* Demonstrated ability to work with others, both in a supervisory role and as a collaborative team player.* Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.* Proficiency in Sprout Social, a plus Skydance is a diversified media company founded by David Ellison in 2010 to create high quality, event-level entertainment for global audiences.
