Job Overview:
Social Media: You will create new social media content, build brand recognition, and manage all social presence. Also be responsible for keeping up with industry trends, optimizing all our social media channels with relevant posts.
CRM Manager: You will be responsible for managing all CRM platforms including Salesforce and Pardot and managing lead generation activities.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day management of social media channels, campaigns and ensure brand consistency.
- Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels.
- Work with brand to create and implement social media strategies daily.
- Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice, and terminology.
- Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Monitor relationships with existing/potential customers through CRM Systems (salesforce, lead generation)
- Ensure the CRM system provides an effective sale funnel.
- Set specific marketing strategies to retain customers.
- Track marketing metrics and trends, web analytics.
- Execute Lead Generation utilizing LinkedIn.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of social media management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations, or related field.
- Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office, Video Editor and Adobe Suites, Salesforce.
- General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content.
- Proficient in marketing research, statistical analysis, and digital marketing.
- Solid background in customer acquisition strategies.
- Technical expertise with CRM and analytical systems.
