Responsibilities Directly contribute to the development of study-specific investigator and site fee budgets according to industry pricing guidelines Oversee the development of site payment fee schedules for global, multi-site trials Oversee periodic payment calculations based upon site activity and agreed upon reimbursement rates Liaise with various functional teams (Clinical Trial Management, Site Contracts, Finance) across Medpace to ensure the timely and accurate execution of payments to sites Coordinate Sponsor invoicing requirements to replenish funds for site payment execution Provide site payment query support and resolution Support external reporting needs such as financial accruals and Physician Transparency Reporting Maintain strong lines of communication with Sponsor and internal stakeholders to ensure the successful management site payments Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in relevant financial field or equivalent education/experience required A minimum of 4 years industry experience with considerable research budget and contract management experience Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Ability to effectively communicate with various levels of management Why Medpace?
