Opportunity:
We are looking for an Associate Manager, Site Merchandising (Fashion) to join our Fashion team. This experienced site merchandiser will employ innovative techniques to deliver a best-in-class online shopping experience. In this role, you will be responsible for improving shopability by optimizing our site and ensuring our inventory and content is presented with an elevated, relevant look and feel. You will be leveraging web analytics to promote the discoverability and selection of products to ensure we meet our customers’ needs and interests. The successful candidate will be motivated by an entrepreneurial, fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities:
Drive highly visible onsite curations and customer experiences that influence revenue across the business
Work cross functionally with key partners (Marketing, Product, SEO, Category Management, etc.) to execute key projects end to end and on a timely manner
Help define and execute a site merchandising strategy that will enable organic category growth across buyers and sellers
Foresee upcoming challenges and proactively addresses issues.
Manage and execute against performance on key business metrics (click through rate, conversion, bounce rate, etc.)
Drive future site enhancements and innovations

Minimum Qualifications:
1-2+ years proven experience with increasing responsibility in an online marketplace, digital platform, or retail environment.
Basic Photoshop skills.
Comfortable with a varied set of software, CMS, and editing tools. Ability to learn new tools quickly.
Excellent decision-making skills with a curiosity about identifying, prioritizing, and articulating the highest impact initiatives
Experience working cross-functionally in a rapidly changing environment

Preferred Qualifications:
Broad functional abilities with proven success in multidisciplinary leadership including marketing, product, operations
Comfortable making decisions with imperfect information where you may have ambiguity and need to use data to drive initiatives to completion within specified timelines
Customer-centric and growth-oriented approach driving performance against agreed critical metrics
Deep insight into the digital sector especially in the retail and resale markets
Communication and presentation skills, comfortable with communicating simply and effectively in large or small group settings
Strong project management and problem-solving skills
Ability to motivate and align groups of individuals optimally and mange cross-functional coordination
A plus if you have fashion experience and/or passion for fashion
