This Site Manager opportunity for Trivantage is located at our City of Industry, CA Distribution Center. Trivantage LLC, a Glen Raven, Inc. company, is the premier global marketer and provider of goods and services to fabricators and consumers of shade solutions and value-added products.
Successful candidates will have the opportunity to manage the front office and facilitate day to day warehouse/ supply chain operations. Job responsibilities include coaching and supervising administrative and warehouse staff toward operational excellence. Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, meeting standard operating expectations, inventory and order accuracy, maintaining and improving operational systems and processes, managing operational costs, ensuring facility and employee safety and security. Limited travel is required.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor?s degree, preferably in a business-related field, and a minimum of 5 years? experience in a supervisory or management position. Candidates must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style. They must be proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook and possess strong data analytics and reporting skills. In addition, the ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a commitment to getting the job done and be able to excel in a fast-paced environment.
