US Tool Group has been committed to providing quality products and outstanding service, supported by the uncompromising dedication of our employees.If you have:INVENTORY MANAGEMENT BACKGROUNDExcellent customer service and people skillsStrong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)Strong written and oral communication skillsExperience interacting with and presenting to high-level customer contactsTechnical knowledge of cutting toolsKnowledge of industrial vending equipmentKnowledge of Indirect Material (MRO) buyingDemonstrated experience hiring, training and mentoring employees A typical day may look like this:Oversee the site operations.Make certain that all employees are working safely and are properly trained for the task they are assigned to.Vast interaction with staff i.E.; scheduling, problem solving, and team building.Check attendance.Provide discipline to employees as outlined in the US Tool company handbook.Audit different processes daily to ensure it is being carried out proficiently.Interact with receiving personnel regarding incoming deliveries.Field and address concerns & issues from the customer’s employees.Dedicate time each day for current projects.Interaction with contract administrators to help resolve any issues that have been brought to their attention.Contact with vendors to help buyers resolve an issue or expedite an item.Investigate inventory discrepancies to determine the root cause.Provide excellent customer service.Report daily to the Program Manager any issues, internal or external that they should be made aware of.Interact with customer and vendors regarding project managementAssist with developing and submitting quotes as neededFilling customer orders based on department schedulingOther duties assigned by managementWe provide:Health, Vision, Dental and Life InsuranceCompetitive salary401K benefit optionsPaid holiday and paid time off accrualWeekly PayA work-hard play-hard environmentPersonal and professional growth
