Showroom Manager | Luxury Home Furnishings Brand | Los Angeles, CA

We are seeking a creative and strong leader who is passionate for design with a deep commitment to excellence and customer service to join our client’s luxury brand showroom.

In this role, you will manage the luxury showroom, oversee and manage a design team plus showroom staff, and continue the exciting growth with the company.

Utilize your leadership skills to lead this talented team!

Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the showroom.

Develop and manage showroom team to ensure our clients experience service that is consistent with the brand promise and company’s standards.

Provide client support and resolution in all aspects of the customer experience.

Meet and exceed sales plan for the showroom including profitability according to the company budget.

Execute and maintain the visual and merchandising display strategies of the company to ensure proper representation of the brand and an enhanced consumer experience.

Recruit and hire staff in conjunction with Human Resources/Oversee both the new-hire and continuous learning of all store staff.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university 5+ years of proven retail management experience in high-end luxury home furnishings or furniture design Leadership and motivational skills Strong experience in management of sales and operations Strong experience leading and cultivating a team Strong visual merchandising skills and strategies Strong communication and computer skills Ability to hire, train, and motivate new staff members Excellent communications skills, written and verbal
Compensation and Benefits
Annual Base Salary + Bonus Structure + Full Benefits Package The annual base salary range depends on experience and certification Full Benefits Package
