What a great opportunity to be a difference maker The worldwide Upsell organization is charged with developing and building long term strategic activities to drive our Parts Sales & billables revenue to new heights.
The Parts Sales segment contributes greater than $90M revenue to our Lenovo Services organization.
The objective of this team is promoting a collaborative team environment where we align our strategies globally across geographies to Services Supply Chain to BTIT teams.
The Program Manager will be fully engaged to support our Lenovo Services organization charged in developing new go to market strategies to help accelerate revenue within this year.
The ideal candidate will design Services upsell strategies for ROW markets and will closely work with product teams, GEOs and marketing to increase our Services sales opportunities with a goal of maximizing revenue and profit for the organization.
With joining this team, the candidate must be flexible with working across multiple time zones and provide clear and precise program initiatives to help achieve quarterly and annual financial goals.
Strategic planning and out of the box thinking will be key parts of this role.
Day to Day Responsibilities include: Organizing and developing programs and activities in accordance with the strategic mission and goals of the organization.
Creating and managing long-term goals.
Developing a budget and operating plan for the program.
Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and GEO performance.
Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
Analyzing program risks.
Work with technical and legal teams to support new initiatives Lead the evolution and expansion of the Parts Sales and Billables portfolio globally Position Requirements Bachelor’s Degree preferred in product management, Business or related field Minimum 5 years product management, product marketing Exceptional creative and strategic thinking, customer orientation, open & effective communication.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Self-driven with strong time management skills Excellent MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and analytical skills Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to lead complex projects Strong presentation and communication skills Proven experience in program management.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Understanding of Project Management.
Experience managing a global matrix organization Dynamic work hours to adapt to global meetings Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in tech industry
• Services experience with precise out of warranty (OOW) GTM strategies
• Strong understanding and experience with business strategy, P&L management and marketing fundamentals
