Position Summary: The ideal candidate for this role will bring experience in pest management, leadership, training, quality control and customer service. Along with the ability to bring people together, coaching team members, open dialogue, constructive feedback and establishing best practices for Service Specialists.
Pay
Salary range from $45,000
– $55,000 / year

Duties
Support and execute required and continuous training for Service Specialists to ensure they stay up to speed on all best practices, protocols and service programs.
Collaborate with Service Specialists to address and alleviate customer concerns, callbacks and other pest/customer related issues
Ensure branch is up to date on all pest/mosquito/termite programs and protocols
Bring focus on quality control (QC) by effectively shadowing, auditing, inspecting, training and taking proper disciplinary action when needed/required.
Strive to deliver a ‘white glove’ customer experience and address customer issues/complaints with positivity, promptness and empathy
Maintain and care for company equipment, vehicle and gas card and other job related items.
Continually stay up to speed on latest industry trends and training and share recommendations with management team
Requirements
Valid driver’s license & 21 years of age or older
Pass required background check and drug screening
Technician license or certified applicators license. We provide on the job training and support license and accreditation when needed.
