Job Description Summary Be Structured Technology Group; a Los Angeles-based managed IT services (MSP) company, is looking for a new member of our Professional Services team. As a Service Desk Manger, you will directly interact with our valued clients, manage our service desk personnel, and report to the CEO. This position is well suited for a System Engineer with a background in team management, who is detail-oriented and possesses a high level of professionalism.
