As the Vice President of Brand Strategy you will support & develop Belmont Village Senior Living’s leadership position in the evolving field of seniors housing.
This position will work directly with senior management to formulate and refine Belmont Village’s core marketing strategy, lead its nationally recognized communications efforts, and help guide service product innovation.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Assist in developing the annual business plan through a disciplined process of setting objectives and key results (OKRs) for 30 senior living communities across the country and Mexico City, with future communities in the development pipeline Direct the implementation of multi-channel marketing plans
– advertising, public relations, direct marketing, and event promotion
– and integrate these plans with community sales teams during all marketing stages of business activity: pre-development, construction, pre-lease and stabilization Maintain high standards in consumer communications including traditional and digital advertising, public relations (news story generation and crisis), printed sales and marketing materials, and the Belmont Village website Lead a seasoned communications team and the supporting systems and consultants to develop the creative direction, visual language and voice of the company brand for consumers, employees and investors Determine annual budgets and resource allocation to meet marketing objectives, and develop reporting tools to manage the ROI of marketing investment Guide market research to shape the long range vision of Belmont Village’s brand value proposition including analyses and insights of market segments, consumer preferences, industry and competitive trends, and service product enhancements REQUIREMENTS 10 years of broad leadership experience reporting to senior management in the areas of brand management, communications and public relations for a comparably-sized organization of 4,000 employees Strong foundation in advertising fundamentals including creative development and media planning, especially digital channels such as search, display, social media re-targeting, and reputation management Strong organizational and execution skills to manage a fast-moving production environment with daily deadlines A great leader and communicator who can motivate and develop reports, is confident and concise with senior management, and can persuade and align team members Bachelor’s degree in a Communications related field of study such as Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or Advertising.
