Fox is searching for a visionary Senior Vice President, Entertainment Partnerships & Ad Sales Marketing to spearhead, cultivate, and execute innovative strategies and alliances for advertising partners, harnessing the company’s entertainment assets and content across its linear, digital, and social platforms.

The Senior Vice President, Entertainment Partnerships & Ad Sales Marketing will define the strategic direction for proactive content-driven development and FOX intellectual property associations with advertising partners, collaborating closely with network, studio, marketing, publicity, and sales executives.

Additionally, the Senior Vice President, Entertainment Partnerships & Ad Sales Marketing will contribute creative concepts and marketing recommendations for Entertainment Ad Sales, while maintaining direct communication with the FOX Portfolio Ad Sales Marketing Team to collaborate on brand design, industry events, and partnership solutions for the FOX Entertainment brand’s position within the overall FOX portfolio.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop creatively driven strategic opportunities to drive Fox Entertainment sales revenue
  • Partner with Sales leadership to advance consultative selling strategy for Fox Entertainment assets
  • Leverage existing Sr. level client and agency relationships to advance the development and expansion of integrated partnerships for Fox Entertainment and as part of the larger Fox portfolio strategy
  • Collaborate with Sales executives to identify revenue opportunities for emerging categories and key clients and make recommendations regarding partnership development opportunities
  • Create proactive opportunities for brands that align with Fox Entertainment intellectual property, either through product integration within shows or leveraging content to develop customized and scalable co-branded solutions
  • Oversee the execution of partnerships on-site, working closely with production to ensure client deliverables are met
  • Foster strong relationships and internal connections with production, marketing, and creative teams, gaining extensive knowledge of Entertainment brand, to contribute creative ideas for incoming RFPs and proactive pitches
  • Lead creative pitches and brainstorms in client meetings
  • Collaborate with Studio, Network, Marketing, Publicity, Business Affairs, Legal, and Sales Executives to ensure the success of brand partnerships
  • Work directly with the FOX Ad Sales Portfolio team, providing guidance and support regarding FOX Entertainment’s representation at industry conferences and events (e.g., Cannes, CES, Adweek, etc.)

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Accomplished executive with a minimum of 20 years of relevant brand partnership experience in the media/entertainment industry
  • Strategic thinker with ability to direct implementation of said strategy
  • Creative mindset; passionate about and experienced in developing creative solutions for sales clients
  • Exceptional media industry knowledge
  • Collaborative and flexible, with the ability to quickly pivot as needed
  • Proven experience in the development and execution of multi-faceted, multi-platform brand partnerships
  • Forward-thinking individual capable of anticipating sales needs in an ever-changing and challenging media landscape
  • Sophisticated understanding of sales media and the role of branded content and experiential solutions in driving advertiser spend
  • Direct experience in establishing strategic marketing and platform partnerships that incorporate network IP and brand objectives
  • Proven leadership experience and ability to collaborate effectively with multiple corporate divisions, both in Los Angeles and New York
  • Track record of managing numerous cross-functional projects across multiple departments and platforms
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to think creatively and strategically
  • Ability to present to high-level executives internally and externally (brands and agencies)
  • Capacity to handle multiple demands and competing priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced and ever-changing sales environment
  • Demonstrated experience in cultivating relationships with key clients and agency leaders

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $311,000.00-350,000.00 annually for California. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
